Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, begin by raising it with the provider directly, and keep a written record.
Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Keep in mind that Rocketcash Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider, or act on a provider's behalf.

You should get an email confirming we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed providers.
